Enquiries and concepts
Sending an enquiry does not purchase a service. A small no-obligation concept does not require you to buy a project. You can stop that discussion by emailing tanjimchowdhury09@gmail.com.
Before paid work
A written project agreement must explain the scope, timing, payment stages, revisions, cancellation arrangements and any third-party costs before you commit. There is no checkout or payment collection on this website.
If you need to cancel or change work
Contact the studio promptly, include your project reference where available and describe what you want changed or stopped. Any work already completed, costs incurred, payments and relevant legal rights need to be considered against the agreed project scope. This page does not impose a blanket non-refundable deposit or override your statutory rights.
If something is wrong
Explain the issue by email so it can be reviewed against the agreed deliverables. Any appropriate correction or refund depends on the agreement, the circumstances and applicable rights. Specific paid-project terms are provided before work, rather than invented for an enquiry.
