Privacy notice

Updated 30 September 2026. This notice covers website enquiries and optional analytics.

Who handles your information

Tanjim Chowdhury, trading as Tch Grandline Studio, based in Luton, is responsible for the use of your enquiry details. Contact: tanjimchowdhury09@gmail.com.

What is collected and why

The form saves your name, email, selected service, website or profile link, message, submission time and receipt reference. A request identifier and a fingerprint of the submission prevent duplicate saves. A daily hash derived from your IP address helps limit spam; the enquiry database does not store your raw IP address. Hosting providers may process network and security logs.

We use these details to review your request, discuss a concept or quote and reply. The basis is taking steps at your request before a potential contract, where applicable, and legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and protecting the form from abuse. Name, reply email, service and message are needed to submit online; your website/profile is optional. You can email instead. Enquiring does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Storage and providers

Enquiries are stored in the website’s private database. OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare provide the hosting infrastructure. Enquiry notifications are reviewed privately through ChatGPT, with AI assistance to summarise the request. Email replies use Gmail. These providers may process information outside the UK under their applicable privacy terms and transfer safeguards. We do not promise UK-only storage.

Provider information: OpenAI privacy policy, Cloudflare privacy policy, Google privacy policy. No decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made solely by automated processing.

If immediate email notifications are enabled, Your browser submits an email notification to Web3Forms, which processes the submitted name, reply email, selected service, optional website/profile, message, timestamp and reference to forward an alert to the studio inbox. Web3Forms also processes technical network information under its privacy terms. An enquiry remains saved privately if email delivery fails. See Web3Forms privacy policy. This does not send an automatic reply to the visitor.

How long details are kept

Retention depends on whether your enquiry remains active, leads to agreed work, or is needed to deal with a dispute or legal record-keeping obligation. Details are not intended to be kept beyond those purposes. You can ask for deletion by email; deletion is handled on request rather than by an automatic expiry in this form.

Your choices and rights

You can request access or correction, ask for deletion or restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability may apply where its conditions are met. Rights depend on the processing and applicable exceptions. Email the address above to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics is optional and is only activated when an account is configured and you accept it. The lawful basis for this optional analytics is consent, which you can withdraw using Cookie preferences. Analytics helps measure page visits and confirmed enquiry events; the studio tracking code does not send your form details or enquiry reference. Google processes device and network information under its privacy terms and international transfer arrangements. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services. The studio does not enable advertising signals. Analytics preferences and cookies last up to 180 days under this setup, while Google’s service retention follows the configured account settings. The cookie information page explains controls and storage. The theme switch works only for the current page. Hosting infrastructure may use essential security technologies under its own terms; external services have their own privacy practices.
